Daymetric 1.19.0

Email [email protected] and a human will read it. Include your app version, which platform, and what you expected to happen. Below are the questions that come up most.

Common questions

Where are my tasks stored?

In a folder of markdown files you own. On the Mac it is ~/scheduler. You can open, edit, back up or version control them yourself, and the app picks up external edits live.

Do I need an account?

No. The app is fully functional signed out. An account exists only to sync your deck between your Mac and your phone through our server. See the privacy page for exactly what that stores.

My Mac and my phone disagree

Both devices need to be signed in to the same account, or to share the same iCloud folder. If a file was edited in two places before syncing, Daymetric merges both rather than picking a winner, so nothing is lost.

The app shows a fault

It cannot read your files. Usually the folder moved, or macOS evicted iCloud files to save space. Open Setup to see which folder it is actually reading and whether it is local or in the cloud.

My agent cannot see my deck

Daymetric registers its MCP server with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex at launch. Restart your agent after installing so it reconnects. Setup has a status board showing which agents are wired.

How do I delete my account?

Setup, then the account panel, then delete. It removes your account and every synced file immediately. The files on your own devices stay where they are.

Reporting a bug

Send the app version, your macOS or iOS version, and what you did just before it went wrong. If a task looks mangled, paste the line from todos.md as it is on disk. That single line usually explains it faster than a screenshot.
